The number of ARW participants (including key speakers) is limited to 50, coming from NATO countries [1], Eligible Partner countries [2], Mediterranean Dialogue countries [3] and Non-eligible Partner countries [4]. All participants are encouraged to make a presentation, and to submit a manuscript upon registration. The official language of the ARW is English.

Partial support may be granted to selected participants from NATO countries, Eligible Partner countries and Mediterranean Dialogue countries. Grants will cover the participation fee including full board, lodging, booklet of abstracts, and a copy of the proceedings. In general no travel support will be provided.

Please note that only participants who obtained acceptation letter will be allowed to attend the event.

Full manuscript from all participants, who receive a grant, is required.

NATO does not take out any health or accident insurance for participation in the meeting. The organizers cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, sickness, theft and property damage, nor for delays and any modification in the program due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Insurance is an individual responsibility of each participant.
