The application form should be prepared according to provided template and sent by e-mail to both co-directors (in PDF format or in MS Word format). As an alternative, you can send your application form by fax.

Abstract

Abstract written following the instruction given in abstract template should be sent by e-mail together with application form to both co-directors in MS Word format.

Please, save your abstract with the name of presenting author as follows:
Abstract-Familyname-Firstnamenitial.doc

Example: Dr. Timko Milan will save his paper as Abstract-Timko-M.doc.
