LT: ⁴He-Cryostats

Several ⁴He cryostats with superconducting magnets are operated in the temperature range from 1.5 K to the room temperature and magnetic fields up to 8 T, some of them even up to 10 K if lambda plate is used.

Home-made flow cryostats, commercial variable temperature inserts (VTI) and several probe-inserts are available for measurements of
       electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity
       point contact/tunneling spectroscopy
       specific heat measurements by ac-microcalorimetry
       transport measurements in the high-pressure cell
       local Hall-probe magnetometry
