Local Hall-probe magnetometry

Local magnetometry using miniature array of Hall probes arranged in a line, each with the dimensions 10x10 μm² and with the pitch 25 - 35 μm, is at disposal down to 1.6 K in a flow cryostat in horizontal magnet. Ac-susceptibility measurements using miniature copper coil are possible as well.
