ICMF 11 will be held in Slovakia in the country's second largest city Košice, which is a hub of industry, commerce, science and culture of East Slovakia. Košice can be reached easily by air and ground transport.

Depending on the country you come from, you may need an ID card, a passport or even a visa in order to enter Slovakia. Participants travelling from countries requiring VISA to enter Slovakia, please contact icmf11@saske.sk for an invitation letter.

Nationals of all countries not listed in any of the above categories are requested to check the conditions for obtaining the visa with the Embassy or Consulate General of the Slovak Republic accredited in the country of their residence, and obtain the visa prior to their arrival in the Slovak Republic. Slovak nationals also need for the entry to the countries not listed in any of the above categories valid visa of the particular country they intend to visit prior to their arrival.
Citizens of the European Union should be able to travel with their ID card only.
