Sludge processing by proposed method of procedure with utilization of multicomponent leaching agent containing metabolic products of microorganisms achieved the full decomposition of original waste sludge components. During this time came consequently and partly pararelly to a gradual precipitation of autigenous compounds. The designed and by the laboratory model tested technology of bio-chemical processing of sludge from aluminium production enables to transform the phase composition of sludge and to incorporate majority elements Ca, Al, Fe, Si into forms of compounds industrially usable in the building industry and plastic materials production. The designed procedure represents a waste free technology with a high degree of recycling of technological extraction media.
