In this second announcement an additional information about the program of the Meeting along with some organizational details is provided.
The participants are expected to arrive during Saturday, September 23.
Three meals will be served per day starting with the dinner on Saturday and ending with a breakfast on Wednesday, September 27.

1. MEETING PROGRAM

The is length restrictions for talks so far, but keep in mind the overall time available.

2. TRANSPORTATION

The organizers will provide the transportation from Kosice to the meeting place, so please keep us informed about your travel plans. The known  arrival schedule will be regularly updated on meeting Web site.
The same is true for departure.

3. ACCOMMODATION

Participants will be housed in hotel KAMEI near the town Snina on Eastern Slovakia.
There are only double rooms available. We would like to remind you, that there is an Internet connection possibility on each room, so you can use your laptops.
There will be a computer expert available in case of any problems.
The organizers will provide few computers for public use also.

4. REGISTRATION

The registration and meeting fee payment will running during Saturday
as participants will appear in the hotel.
We would like to remind you, that we can accept only cash 400.- CHF

5. SOCIAL PROGRAM

The Welcome drink will be on Sunday after dinner.

There will be an excursion on Monday.
- In the case of good weather conditions it will consist of 4 hours walk trip
to mountain "Sninsky kamen" and lake "Morske oko". After recovery in the pub,
the excursion will follow to two wooden churches, typical for this region.
- In the case of bad weather conditions the excursion will cover also the
historical town Bardejov and the wooden churches.
So please, bring with you appropriate shoes and clothes.

The Banquet will take place on Tuesday evening.

A bar, swimming-pool and fitness are available in the hotel.
