The Conference follows series of Russian-speaking workshops on Precision Physics and Fundamental Physical Constants (2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011). Now it will be a Middle and Eastern European Conference.

The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.

Conference main topics include:

  • quantum electrodynamics of bound systems
  • fundamental physical constants
  • spectroscopy of exotic atoms
  • quantum standards
  • precision measurements and fundamental constants in astrophysics and cosmology
  • fundamental physics and precision measurements
