Very LT: 3He-4He Minifridge
First test experiment of 3He-4He refrigerator Minidil 70 made by Air Liquide (France) has been performed in March 2006 in our laboratory and new experiments will be carried out in minifridge in our laboratory soon. The Minidil 70 is able to cool down to 30 mK, the superconducting magnet with magnetic fields up to 7 T is available.
