The ³He-⁴He dilution refrigerator with a top loading system from 'Oxford Instruments' serves for cooling the samples down to milikelvin temperature range. Methods of the thermal and electrical conductivity, point contact/tunneling spectroscopy as well as the specific heat and the magnetic susceptibility measurements are used. The temperature range is from 50 mK up to 1.5 K. Magnetic fields up to 6 Tesla are applicable.
